About M2I CARE NIGERIA
We are a membership-based concierge chronic care service. We support Nigerians living with conditions like diabetes, hypertension, arthritis, asthma, osteoporosis, and other complex health needs. Our team provides regular check-ins, medication support, symptom tracking, and caregiver updates—so you’re never left to manage your health alone.
No. We work alongside your doctor. Your physician diagnoses and prescribes treatment—we make sure you stay on track with follow-ups, reminders, monitoring, and lifestyle coaching between visits.
Everywhere. Our services are 100% virtual. Whether you’re in Lagos, Abuja, or a smaller town, you can access care through our member portal, secure phone lines, or scheduled calls.
For Patients
Absolutely. Many families—especially those abroad—enroll their loved ones. You’ll get regular caregiver reports so you always know how your family member is doing.
You can receive updates via:
- Secure mailbox on our member portal
- WhatsApp or phone calls (based on preference)
Yes. All data is securely encrypted. Nothing is shared without patient or family consent.
For Families & Caregivers
Anyone who:
- Lives with a chronic condition like diabetes, hypertension, arthritis, or asthma.
- Has an elderly parent who needs regular reminders and support.
- Is recovering from surgery or hospital discharge.
- Is a busy professional balancing work and health.
: It depends on your membership:
- Essential Care: one call per month.
- Premium Care: every two weeks.
- Executive Concierge: weekly calls (or more if needed).
M2I CARE NIGERIA is not an emergency service. If we notice concerning symptoms or unsafe readings, we immediately escalate to your doctor or nearest hospital and notify your family.
Monitoring & Symptom Tracking
At the moment, we do not provide connected medical devices. Instead, members can:
- Manually log readings and symptoms in the M2I CARE NIGERIA member portal.
- Send updates via our secure mailbox on the portal.
- Call through our dedicated phone lines to share readings with their Health Manager.
Your Health Manager reviews these logs, looks for patterns, and flags anything that may require escalation.
Internet makes it easier, but it’s not required. Members can also share updates via regular phone calls.

We offer three clear monthly plans:
- Essential Care – ₦25,000
- Premium Care – ₦50,000
- Executive Concierge – ₦85,000
